No. It is a fan-art generator: an anime model that knows the series from community artwork, with the characters as booru tags. Persona belongs to its rights holders; what you make here is fan art.
How do I get a specific Persona character?
Keep the series tags in the box and add the character's tag, or pick a prompt below. For an original character in the Persona style, the Character creator has the cast as a dropdown and can train a model of your OC.
Is it really free?
